About Us

The SpeedTraining concept was developed by Marie Hunter and Annette Heritage.  Between them they have more than 30 years experience working for some of the UK’s leading companies. 

Marie specialises in the human dimensions of change, people development skills, performance management, team and leadership development and career counselling.  She has a postgraduate Diploma in Career Counselling and is fully conversant with the leading career development and psychometric tools including MBTI.

Annette specialises in career management, team and personal development, leadership skills, performance management, 360-degree feedback and coaching.  She has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, is MBTI trained and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Together with a team of carefully selected and experienced associates, they draw on their knowledge and proven track record to design and deliver training that really impacts on people and business performance
